About
Our Story Begins in the East and continues at the U of MN!
Our family came to Minnesota from Vietnam in 1980. My mom brought her love of cooking and opened MT Noodles in Brooklyn Park. In 2017, we were named Best Vietnamese Restaurant in the Twin Cities by the City Pages. On May 21, 2020, we expanded our successful concept to focus on our Top Sellers: Pho, Com & Banh Mi. As a result, Pho Mai debut in Dinkytown near the U of MN Campus.

The owners of Pho Mai met while attending the University of MN. Michael and Mai attended the U of MN from 1992 - 1996, where they enjoyed the terrific scenery, food, and friends around the Minneapolis campus.
